Dr. Susan Mogan is a nurse practitioner, board certified in adult health, pain management, and Hospice and palliative care. Dr. Mogan received a BSN from Pace University, Master's degree from Western Connecticut State University and a Doctorate from Walden University. Dr. Mogan has specialized in; internal medicine, primary care, geriatrics, dementia, pain management, Hospice/Palliative care, end of life and symptom management. Currently an adjunct professor at WCSU and an NP at East End Hospice.
